HALIFAX - The head of the Nova Scotia RCMP said Tuesday he's seen a draft plan on how the Mounties will respond to the inquiry into the 2020 mass shooting that started in Portapique, N.S., but Dennis Daley couldn't say when it will be released.

The RCMP had announced the plan would be released by the end of last year, but when that deadline came and went, the Mounties issued a statement two weeks ago saying they were still working on the document.
